Dog licenses are required in the Town of Olathe for all dogs. (Municipal Code Title 2 Chapter 2-2).
All license applications require proof of rabies.
Dog licenses may be obtained at the Olathe Police Department during regular office hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Dog registrations due at first of the year (January 1- 31) or 30 days of residency in the town limits.
License fee:
- Spayed/neutered - $5.00/year
- Non-spayed/neutered - $10.00/year
