Olathe Municipal Court is held the first Thursday of every month at 2:30 p.m. at Olathe Town Hall, 419 Horton Avenue unless otherwise stated. There is a $75.00 court fee due the day of court. Municipal Court accepts cash, checks and credit/debit cards. Make checks payable to Town of Olathe, including the ticket number in the memo. There is a processing fee of $1.00 for electronic check and 3% of fee for credit/debit card charges.
