The Planning Department is responsible for:
- Facilitating and managing the Town’s development process
- Evaluation and development of proposals and reports to the Planning Commission on subdivision, zoning, special requests and map updates.
The Planning Department also works on short and long term planning goals and special studies to support the needs of the Town.
