Steve was born in Middletown, New York, and raised in the Montrose area. After graduating from Montrose High School, he attended the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley Colorado. Steve spent 28 years in law enforcement before transitioning to his current role with the Olathe Fire Protection District, where he has served for the past four years. Additionally, he manages the Olathe True Value, a family owned business and a cornerstone of the community for 25 years. Steve's hobbies include fishing, hunting, ATV rides, hiking, camping, and boating. he is deeply proud of the family oriented community in Olathe, and envisions creating an exceptional quality of life that engages all citizens. His goals include promoting business, leisure, and employment opportunities to enhance the vibrancy and prosperity of Olathe.
