Meters are read the last week of each month and bills are mailed out the first week of the next month.
Sewer:
Residential Minimum Monthly rate - $36.90/dwelling unit
Non-residential Minimum Monthly rate - $36.90 to 6,000 gallons water usage
Over 6,000 gal - $1.15/1,000 gal.

Monthly Improvement Fee - $4.00
Trash:
90 gal container - $23.00/month
300 gal container - $85.00/month
Extra 90 or 300 gal containers may be requested. Call Utility Billing for rate charge.
There is a $5 trash surcharge to be allocated toward maintenance and purchase of a new town trash truck.
Trash can replacement is at the expense of the customer. Trash cans are $90.00 to replace, payable to the Town of Olathe.
Trash pick-up schedule:
Residential - Mondays
Business - Mondays & Thursdays
If trash day falls on a holiday, trash will be picked up the following day.
