PAY MY BILL
UTILITY BILLING

This is a friendly reminder to all Town of Olathe’s Water, Sewer and Trash customers, utility bills are due on or before the 20th of every month, even if this day falls on a weekend.  Bills are mailed on the first working day of the month.  We realize many of you are paid only once, on the 3rd of the month.  If this is the case please come talk with Scott Eklund and together figure out a way to get ahead on the bill to avoid getting the $10.00 late fee which goes on the account on the 21st. We have had customers in the past that have followed a few simple suggestions and have fixed this from happening.  A year of late fees at $10 per month will save you $120 per year.  If the water is subject to be shut off due to lack of payment on or around the 28th each month, there will be a $20 shut/off reconnect fee.  A year of shut off fees at $20 per month is $240 per year in extra fees.  A person can save up to $360 per year by paying their utility bill before the 20th of every month.
